I want to commend the crew that was at my house on January 24, and January 26, installing a water management system. Your crew had to work under an HO model railroad layout that fills most of the basement. The layout is only 33 inches off the floor, so the crew had to work in a confined space around a delicate matrix of track & wires. They completed the job in less time than was estimated. Just over a week has passed since the crew was at the house. We have completed the tedious process of cleaning and testing all of the track and switches, and were relieved to find that there was only one wire that was pulled loose during this whole process. Needless to say, we were relieved and impressed that such minimal damage was sustained to the layout, considering the type of work that was done under it. Please feel free to use this letter as a recommendation to other potential customers who might need similar work done but are apprehensive because of railroad layouts or other delicate setups located in their basement.

  My husband and I would like to commend the work that was done by Mid-Atlantic waterproofing.  We are so glad that we chose to contract Mid-Atlantic to waterproof our basement!  From start to finish, Mid-Atlantic was extremely courteous, professional and went more than the extra mile to complete the job superbly.  When Mike Pitt's crew was almost finished with the job, they ran into an unexpected problem.  We had a broken pipe in the concrete walls that we were never aware of.  Mid Atlantic couldn't finish their job until we hired a plumbing crew to fix the pipe and problem.  Mike from Mid-Atlantic went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us find the proper contractor to fix our pipe.  Our pipe problem delayed Mid-Atlantic from their original time frame to finish, buy they were patient and understanding.  We will highly recommend Mid-Atlantic to anyone who may be contemplating having their basement waterproofed!  It is such a great thing not to worry that there could be a water problem in our basement!  You could not find a better or harder working crew than Mike‘s crew, that does a super, professional job!  Our basement looks fantastic and most importantly, we have worry free days knowing that it is waterproofed perfectly and professionally!  Don't even consider any other waterproofing company!
