Field Inspectors - minimum of 7 years in-depth experience in the basement foundation/water management related field or structural analysis and repair. Candidate must have extensive customer service excellence and problem solving abilities. CE and/or Architect background preferred.

Foundation Senior Installer - minimum of 5 years experience in structural repair and installation of water management systems. Epoxy injection and masonry background a plus. Candidate must also have a proven customer service track record.

Basement Waterproofing Installation Crews Wanted

Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing is looking for Top Quality Basement Waterproofing Installation Crews. Due to the substantial snow and rainfall we have received so far this year and last, we cannot keep up with the installation demand that homeowners are after. Sales keep going up and so does our back log. The Rain has been relentless.

If you refer anyone to Mid-Atlantic and they are hired, we would like to offer to you a recruitment fee. If a crew is hired and remains an active crew for 30 days, we'll pay you $500. If they stay a total of 60 days, we'll give you another $500. A total recruitment fee of $1000 is possible if a crew you refers stays.
