Responsible for performing secretarial and general office work for the department and office.

Assist the Production Manager with all administrative duties
Back up the front office when necessary
Answer the multi-line telephone, take accurate messages and relay telephone calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner
Update daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit to the appropriate people on time
Receive and respond to inquiries and complaints via telephone, mail or in person, and process information in an efficient manner
Receive/sign for packages and deliver to the appropriate person promptly
Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports in the proper format
Proofread and prepare documents for distribution
Create and implement an organized filing system for various company documents
File and retrieve files and records each day
Operate standard office equipment to include: - multi-line telephone system - facsimile machine - photocopy machine - postage meter - calculator - computer/printer
Maintain an adequate office supply inventory and requisition additional items as needed
Maintain a professional office environment and promote a positive image of the company
Perform other related duties as assigned
