Ensure that work activities and resources necessary for repair and installation of waterproofing materials in homes and commercial buildings are executed according to company standards. Position requires travel to various job sites for inspection, problem resolution, and crew advisement. Locations are both commercial and residential with controlled and uncontrolled environments. Individuals may be exposed to extreme heat, cold, caustic material, and hazardous conditions (e.g. exposure to standing water, mold) and high noise level. Entry into confined spaces may be necessary. Loading and offloading material between trucks and the warehouse. Lifting can include items that weigh 50-100 lbs.

Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with management and crew personnel
Sound judgment and decision making, the ability to solve complex problems and negotiate satisfactory results
Previous experience managing remote crews and project management preferred
Inspect current and past installations and report findings to the home office
Document all findings accurately on the QC report
Provide clearly labeled pictures of all findings
Provide a log of encounters for each job
